In its function as a service and consulting corporation, Bio^M's main objective is to develop the Munich Cluster and strengthen the position as one of the leading biotechnology centres in Europe.

Additionally Bio^M manages the "Bavarian Biotech Cluster", part of the federal initiative "Allianz Bayern innovativ".
