Are you looking for laboratory or office space in Bavaria—or developing real estate for the life sciences industry?
We have an excellent network in the real estate sector, which means we are aware of available space and new developments at an early stage. On this basis, we support location development by:
- Organizing and accompanying site visits for interested companies
- Regular communication with real estate developers and space providers to obtain early information about available and planned properties
- Meetings with local economic development agencies and municipalities to coordinate regional developments and needs
- Participation in EXPO REAL, often with our own contributions as speakers, to represent the Bavarian biotech cluster
