Four venture capital firms are investing in the platform, which is an alternative to conventional searches such as Google, Facebook, TikTok or Instagram. The main investors are Sandwater and Grazia Equity with participation from Vi Partners and Bayern Kapital. Existing investors are again involved.
XO Life, a leading digital health start-up from Munich, Germany, has developed ImpactMonitor™, a meta-platform that serves as a digital companion for patients regarding their medications, products, therapies and diseases. The platform provides patients with verified medical and health-related information, records their health and therapy history, provides personalized insights and medical support from experts, offers real insights from other patients and enables exchange and medical support.
In the financing round, XO Life was able to raise a total of 7 million euros for the further development and European expansion of the ImpactMonitor™ platform, which is a specialized alternative to conventional searches such as Google, Facebook, TikTok or Instagram. The lead investors are Sandwater and Grazia Equity with participation from Vi Partners and Bayern Kapital. Existing investors such as Aescuvest, Winning Mindset Ventures and Isartal Ventures as well as numerous other investors and family offices from the health and care sector are also participating in this financing round.
Via the ImpactMonitor™ platform, pharmaceutical and medtech manufacturers as well as other players in the healthcare sector offer specific product and therapy areas with their own branding, content, questions and services. Through personalized information and continuous support during therapies, they make an important contribution to therapy success, therapy adherence and application safety for patients.
The platform also enables companies, healthcare professionals and research institutions (the latter free of charge) to identify the needs and preferences of patients and supports the development of new patient-oriented therapies.
