Modern room rental in the Martinsried biotech hub – conference rooms in our premises at IZB West II are ideal for events in the life sciences sector.
Modern room rental
Martinsried is the center of the biotechnology sector in the Munich Biotech Cluster. More than half of all Munich-based biotechnological companies are located here in Munich's southwest. Here are the medical center of Großhadern, the natural sciences faculties of the LMU as well as the Max-Planck Institutes for Biochemistry and Neurobiology. But right in the center is the IZB Martinsried Innovation and Start-up Center. In the recent IZB West II building, BioM has its own conference area that we will gladly provide for your event.
Conference Room "München"
- for up to. 60 people (76 sqm)
- 90,00 €/ hour + VAT
- Least occupancy: 3 hours
- plus cleaning all-inclusive 35.00 € + VAT
Meeting Room "Würzburg"
- for about 12 people (30 sqm)
- 40,00 €/ hour + VAT
- Least occupancy: 2 hours
- plus cleaning all-inclusive: 35.00 € + VAT (from 4 h)
Whole Conference Area
The meeting room beside the conference hall is suitable for catering. The entrance hall may host a cloakroom and standing tables.

- Minimum duration: 3 hours

Ausstattung
- Alle Bereiche verfügen über kostenfreies W-LAN
- Beamer Benutzung: 20,- € je Gerät pauschal pro Tag
- Flipchart mit Stiften und Papier (2 vorhanden): 20,- € jeweils/ pauschal pro Tag
- Pinnwand (bis zu 3 Stck. vorhanden): 15,- € jeweils/ pauschal pro Tag

Advertise your event in our media and reach your target group in biotechnology and life sciences.
Basic package, event announcement 360 €:
- Marketing consultation
- Coordination of the advert in the IZB Martinsried and/or on the Martinsried campus
- Setting up signposts on site in A4 or A3 format (according to template/submission)
- Announcement on IZB screen or board at the main entrance
- Entry in the dates calendar of our website
- Entry in BioM Newsletter under menu item „Termine“
- Banners on the event page (300 px wide and 200 px high) for 4 weeks
Additional Options:
- Banner in the BioM Newsletter 420 € (once to approximately 6000 subscribers, 600 px wide and 100 px high)
- Banner on the BioM starting page, 495 € for 4 weeks (640 px wide and 320 px high)
- Social media post LinkedIn (only in combination with banner): 200 €
