Executive Assistant (gn)

  • Independently and proactively support the management team with operational and organizational tasks.
  • Use your strong organizational skills to manage, schedule, and monitor the executive team's appointments and coordinate domestic and international business travel.
  • Handle general administrative and secretarial duties, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail and answering and forwarding telephone calls (including in English).
  • Plan, organize, and prepare events and appointments on behalf of the management team.
  • Successfully completed commercial/business administration training or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an assistant role.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a positive and communicative attitude.
  • Structured and reliable way of working.
  • High level of loyalty, trustworthiness, initiative, and commitment.
  • Professional demeanor and confident interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
