The international life science competition aws Best of Biotech (BoB) is back for its 11th edition, once again searching for the best business ideas in BioTech and MedTech! Since its launch in 2000, BoB has been a catalyst for innovation and will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2025.
If you're a life science researcher, student, or innovator eager to turn a groundbreaking business idea into a successful start-up, this is your opportunity.
From April 1 to June 13, 2025, submit your commented pitch deck in one of four competition categories and gain access to expert feedback, training webinars, and personalized coaching. BoB also offers high visibility and valuable networking opportunities within the life science community.
An international jury will evaluate the best projects, with winners honored at a prestigious award ceremony in Vienna on October 14, 2025. A total of €32,000 in prize money, sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim, Takeda, Erste Bank, and LISA, awaits the winners, along with free tickets to leading industry events.
