What: Each of the invited start-ups or SMEs will have a 45-minute session with senior members of J&J. Your exact meeting time will be arranged with you upon selection.

About the J&J MAxL Office Hours:
With their Office Hours @ MAxL, J&J offers biotech start-ups and SMEs the opportunity of individual meetings with an experienced pharma partner in an informal setting. This meeting format helps you understand the perspective of big pharma and the partnering interests of J&J. It also provides an attractive opportunity for the start-ups and SMEs to receive feedback or to discuss specific questions. These discussions are strictly with no strings attached, so there are no restrictions or conditions associated with participation. We want to encourage an open dialogue on both sides.
How to participate:
Please apply to Regina Abendroth (abendroth@bio-m.org) by February 13, 2026 with a non-confidential slide deck (appr. 10 slides). The applicants will be selected by both the MAxL Team and J&J.
