We are looking for a Logistics, Supply Chain, and Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) to manage and optimize our supply chain, material flow, and procurement activities. This role is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted and efficient service execution, aligned with our clients' needs.
Your responsibilities
- Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain and ensure availability of critical goods and materials at the point of service provision
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain, advance, and optimize ERP system to support efficient operations and enable digital workflows
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with key suppliers, focusing on quality and compliance with pharmaceutical standards
- Optimize inventory levels to balance production demands with cost-efficiency
Your profile
- Self-organized; hands-on mentality and strength of implementation
- Passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance operations; experience with ERP systems
- Proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and values teamwork
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Your qualifications
- Vocational training or studies in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Ideally, at least three years’ experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain roles (pharmaceutical or biotech experience preferred)
- Fluent in German and English
