People Business Partner (gn)

  • Advising and supporting the management and executives in all strategic and operational HR issues
  • Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives, proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning, organization design and structure and all processes along the employee lifecycle
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, performance management, development and coaching,  compensation, and organizational development and Project management of HR projects/ interfunctional projects
  • 5+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner
  • Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is essential 
  • Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
  • Ability to ensure depth of understanding of organizations supported, including key functions and processes in order to align solutions or problem solving approaches
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications 
  • Excellent English skills
