The AI4Biotech Session – Biotech AI Compass, jointly delivered by BioM and Steadforce, provides leaders and decision-makers in biotech and life sciences with a structured, hands-on framework to turn AI ambition into clear priorities, concrete decisions and an organisation-specific roadmap. During this focused one-day session, you will assess your organisation’s AI readiness, clarify strategic priorities and identify the initiatives most relevant to your specific context. Rather than discussing generic AI use cases, the workshop helps you develop a realistic path forward – aligned with your organisation’s maturity, ambition and risk tolerance.
