This hands-on workshop series is designed for newly founded life sciences start-ups and teams preparing to launch their start-up or in their early phases after launch. Across six interactive modules, participants gain practical knowledge to build a solid operational foundation - from legal and financial basics to lab safety, quality management, HR, and data compliance.
Each module combines expert input, real-world case studies, peer-to-peer exchange, and ready-to-use checklists and templates. The program equips founders with the tools they need to navigate early-stage challenges, ensure compliance, and set up scalable, professional operations from day one.
