This interactive seminar is tailored for start-ups looking to structure collaborations and licensing agreements in a way that protects and strengthens their IP position while remaining attractive partners.

Using a practical case study, participants will explore key topics including patenting strategies before and during collaborations, freedom-to-operate considerations, IP ownership structures, data and know-how protection, and effective royalty models. The session also covers governance mechanisms, exit scenarios, and how to prepare your IPsetup for due diligence.
By the end of the seminar, participants will be equipped with practical tools to turn collaborations into long-term strategic assets rather than risks.
