Cluster-Tour to the Biotech Hub in Martinsried

Start your BIO-Europe experience with EBD’S pre-event activity "The Cluster-Tour to the Biotech Hub in Martinsried" on Sunday, 5 November, 2.30 -6.00 pm CET/CEST.

En-route to the biotech hotspot in Martinsried, you will enjoy a brief city tour, showcasing some of the highlights of the City of Munich. Points of interests include the Viktualienmarkt, Lenbachplatz, Königsplatz, the Museum Quarter and the famous quarter of Schwabing (please note all is subject to change depending on traffic).

In Martinsried, you will experience the impressive density of research institutions and companies at this Munich life science hub. In the state-of-the-art Faculty Club G2B (Gateway to Biotech), we will present the Innovation and Start-up Center Biotechnology (IZB) and BioM Biotech Cluster Development GmbH.

Local start-ups and SMEs will present their current research and talk about the amazing ecosystem of the Munich region. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to interact with campus stakeholders. The visit will finish with a visit to the newly established BioM MAxL incubator.

*Participation is free of charge. Registration is required. Please note, that only registered participants of the BIO-Europe can participate!
