20 start-ups from all over Bavaria will again receive funding of up to 36,000 euros in the latest phase of the "Start?Zuschuss!" competition. A jury of experts evaluated the more than 100 innovative business models submitted and has now selected the winning teams.
From the healthcare sector, these four teams can look forward to receiving funding:
- inContAlert (Trautskirchen): The startup has developed a wearable to measure bladder fill level
- Sqior Medical (München): Is a provider of digital assistance systems for clinical processes
- DEEP Piction (München): Develops new diagnostics and therapeutics for previously untreatable diseases
- Nanostruct (Würzburg): The start-up, which has been awarded several prizes, can detect the tiniest traces of impurities in food, water or pharmaceutical products using special gold nanostructures.
Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs, Hubert Aiwanger, congratulated the winners: "Young companies with digital business ideas are like a fresh cell cure for the economy. That's why we are supporting these start-ups in building their business model with our Gründerland Bayern initiative. After all, entrepreneurial courage should be rewarded. The "Start?Zuschuss" funding program is part of our promise to make Bavaria the most founder-friendly state in Germany."
The Bavarian funding program "Start?Zuschuss!" from the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy is aimed at technology-oriented startups in the field of digitization that were founded no more than two years ago. The funding program is designed to help young and innovative companies from Bavaria to establish themselves on the market.
The winners will receive funding of up to 36,000 euros over one year for rent and employees, research and development, and the market launch of the product.
