Less than two weeks to go: Register now for the DigiMed Bayern Symposium 2023: “Big Data, Big Outcome?”

Registration is now open for the next DigiMed Bayern Symposium 2023: “Big Data, Big Outcome?” taking place on 5 December 2023 at TranslaTUM, near the University Hospital Rechts der Isar in Munich.

In 2023, the focus of the Symposium will be on big” and high-dimensional health data in clinical research with impact on healthcare. We will have a special eye on the required collaborative and future-proof IT-infrastructure.

The DigiMed Bayern partners will present the progress of the diverse projects in translational and data-driven research on cardiovascular diseases. In addition, renowned external experts will provide insights and input in the in the field of digital medicine and health data - from Multi-Omics signatures and AI diagnostics to machine learning algorithm development and imaging data usage. This event will be a great platform to learn, network and discuss with exciting speakers and participants about advances in data-driven medicine and its potentials for patients, science, the health system, the economy and for the society as a whole.

About DigiMed Bayern

The Bavarian flagship project DigiMed Bayern aims to prevent heart attacks and strokes and represents data-based personalized medicine - using the widespread disease atherosclerosis as an example. The flagship project, which has been funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Health and Care with a total volume of 24.5 million euros since 2018, pursues as the so-called P4 medicine. The goal is a personalized (tailored), preventive (avoiding), predictive (predicting) and participatory (participating) medicine of the future.
