European Health Catapult: A leading pitch contest for healthcare start-ups

The renowned European Health Catapult lifts the best-of-the-best business concepts from medtech, biotech and digital health with Europe's leading healthcare start-up competition.

European Health Catapult is a training and competition programme that supports the development of top-notch European health start-ups through exposure to leading experts and international investors. The programme identifies and accelerates 42 European start-ups in medtech, biotech and digital health, and gives them high-quality training in improving their business plan modelling, deal negotiation and pitching, as well as a facilitated access to top level investors.

The start-ups will receive continuous training as they go through a three-step competition, involving regional selection, semi-finals and a final, held at the EIT Health Summit in Paris on 2-3 December 2019. The top three start-ups in each category – medtech, biotech and digital – will be awarded €10 000 - €40 000.

Application Deadline: 27 Mar 2019

The programme is organised by EIT Health with the support of the Health Axis Europe and is run by Cap Digital and Medical Valley EMN with assistance from BioRN and Medicen.
